School Leader Coaching

Leaders face many complex demands from their boards, faculty, staff, parents and students. Coaching helps leaders manage these complex demands and improve leadership.
As a coach, Dr. Hollinger utilizes an inquiry methodology that helps leaders arrive at solutions to complex problems and strengthen leadership skills. The coaching process begins with clients’ realization that they need assistance improving leadership, solving a problem or modifying behavior. Dr. Hollinger works with clients to help them identify areas for improvement, establish goals and take action to improve leadership.
